Keepsake

This is an observation piece where the objects could be left to open interpretation of meaning. As for myself, I regarded the group of items as a keepsake. The sculpture of the person could be regarded as a sign of memory, and the items that surround it could have a meaning of it’s own based on their layout or specific meanings to the person. For example, the plate can symbolize “everlasting reflection” and that it would never erase the sight of the person as long as if it stays. The apple can depict a food that the person liked, and the wine can be interpreted as a drink the person enjoyed. However, there is no set meaning since each item can serve as a different meaning based on the person who views this piece and there is no set answer for the question of how these items tie together.
